There seems to be a great disperity between what developers can and do fix, what engineers support and what end users want. I’m curious as to your thoughts as to how truly technical people (like yourself) might find a way to bridge the “communication gap” with people who don’t understand technology. Feel free to use the specific case of Vista. While visually stunning and more administrative control, the average end user experience I think is going to be unfriendly. Many old apps don’t work, ones end users have been comftorable using for years. I guess you could take the tack of let Darwanism weed them out, but I prefer a more conflict free resolution.
